Bari Biswas leads EDA R&D for Multi-Die/3DIC, Advanced Packaging, Custom and Photonics IC Design in Technology and Products Group at Synopsys. He drives technology collaboration with AI/HPC partners, foundries and OSATs to build and deploy innovative product capabilities and solutions. Prior to his current role, Bari led Worldwide Field engineering groups, and EDA R&D of market-leading Signoff products at Synopsys for over 25 years.
