Amrita Mathuriya bio:
Amrita Mathuriya is a co-founder and CTO of Software & Architecture at Kepler Computing. She leads the company's logic roadmap and AI for material science research. She is listed as the top female inventor of Oregon in March 2026, with 230+ patents filed patents. As a PI, she leads a DARPA funded program to prove out a logic gain element with 1000x higher energy efficiency compared to CMOS. She is also PI for a DOE Genesis mission funded AI for material science project for logic and SRAM scaling. She earned a B.Tech degree in CSE from IIT Roorkee and a MS degree in CS (specialization in HPC) from Georgia Tech.
Why Kepler is signing:
Kepler is committed to extending Moore's law beyond the limits of Silicon and dramatically increasing the energy efficiency of computer chips. Kepler's products and R&D directions in materials & devices and advanced packaging areas are fully aligned with solving the energy efficiency problem and strengthening US manufacturing. Kepler looks forward to collaboration under DOE's EES2 initiative.
